- Fix some precache troubles with aggregate filters / reverse
- Restore feed-order without sort

More tweaks to the 0.7.x code. The big thing is fixing the crashes with
precache on reverse_sort and the aggregating filters (any_of, all_of).
Other minor improvements include the maintaining of feed order when no sort is
defined (which was the promised behavior in 0.6.x), and a minor startup cleanup
that should mean that Canto reaches its idle state faster on startup.
